Shipping policy

Everything is made to order.

Every cover is cut, stitched and burnished by hand, one at a time, so
nothing ships straight off a shelf. Your order joins the bench queue the
day it comes in.

Dispatch: 3–5 working days
Delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 48, usually 2–3 working days after dispatch
Cost: free, on every UK order

Most orders arrive within 5–8 working days of ordering. You'll get a
tracking number by email the moment yours is posted.

WHERE I SHIP
UK only for now. If you're outside the UK and you want one, message me
through the contact page — I'm working on it, and knowing where people
are asking from helps me decide where to open up next.

IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG
Tracked 48 is reliable but not infallible. If your parcel hasn't arrived
within 10 working days of dispatch, message me and I'll chase it with
Royal Mail. If it's genuinely lost, I'll remake it and send it again at
no cost to you.

ADDRESSES
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake,
message me straight away — if it hasn't been posted yet I can change it
in seconds. Once it's gone, I can't.
