Refund policy

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to change your mind,
for any reason at all. You don't have to tell me what it is.

Message me through the contact page to start a return, and you'll then
have 14 days to send it back. Please return it unused and in the
condition it arrived. Return postage is yours to cover unless the item
is faulty or I've sent the wrong thing.

Once it's back with me I'll refund you in full, to your original payment
method, within 14 days.

IF IT'S FAULTY
If something's wrong with it — stitching, hardware, anything — tell me
within 30 days and you can have a full refund. After that, I'd still
rather you told me. This is a one-person workshop and I'd genuinely
like to know, and to put it right.
